Then give your friends, family, and loved ones a Gift Certificate from Cascade Village Shopping Center. Gift certificates can be purchased at the Shopping Center's Management Office from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Gift Certificates are redeemable at all Cascade Village Shopping Center Merchant's and restaurants. Please note that gift certificates may not be exchanged for cash. Gift Certificates are the same as cash, and if your Gift Certificate is lost or stolen it cannot be replaced.
Wheelchair Availability
For customers requiring additional assistance while visiting the shopping center, wheelchairs are available on the second floor in our management office. Elevator service is available on the ground floor provides to provide easy access to the office.
Free Parking
All parking at Cascade Village Shopping Center is free.
On-Site Security
To help ensure your safety while visiting Cascade Village, there are security cameras throughout the shopping center along with an on-site security team.
Public Restrooms
For your convenience, restrooms are located next to Harry Ritchie's Jewelers and Cold Stone Creamery.
Lost and Found
If you lose or find an item, please check in at the management office located on the second floor. Office hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
Fireplace, Water Fountain & Outdoor Dining
Visiting Cascade Village Shopping Center with family and friends is an enjoyable experience the whole year round. In the summer, bring the kids and let them enjoy a refreshing dip in the outdoor fountain. Or, treat yourself to a delicious lunch break in the outdoor dining area in the Village Courtyard. During the winter, cozy up to our giant fireplace with a cup of your favorite hot beverage.

Outdoor Sound System
Listen to music throughout the Village while you enjoy an open air shopping experience. The gorgeous Cascade Mountain views are free!

For the convenience of our peddaling patrons, bicycle racks are located throughout the village.
