A NEW FURNITURE STORE TO HELP WITH YOUR DECORATING NEEDS!

 

 

 

Bend, Oregon. - January 28, 2008 – SIMA Corporation signed a lease with Feingold Home, a 13,765 square foot building on the Highway 20 side near Trader Joe’s in the Cascade Village Shopping Center.   The long term lease was signed at the end of the 3rd quarter, 2007 and has added to the developer’s objective to create a strong tenant mix for the property.

 

Feingold Home is locally owned and operated by Clifford Feingold who has been in the furniture business for 30 years and 15 of those here in Bend.  Feingold home brings to Central Oregon a different kind of retail environment, centered on design for the sophisticated, fashion conscience customer.  They will carry premium lines not available in Central Oregon until now.

 

Construction of the 13,765 s.f. building is complete and the Feingold Home plans to open their doors in mid February.

 

Feingold Home will sell casual contemporary collections to enhance any room in your house.  Feingold Home will also offer accessories such as rugs, lamps and pictures to create the perfect ambiance.  Feingold will utilize his retail background and passion for furniture to meet consumer's needs for fashionable furniture.
