Bend, Oregon January 21, 2008 - SIMA Corporation signed a lease with the Bungalow Grill, a 6,286 square foot space on the second floor across from the clock tower.  The long term lease was signed in the 3rd quarter of 2007 and will add to the developer's objective to create a strong tenant mix for the property.

 

The Bungalow Grille will be located on the second floor with access to the restaurant across from Cold Stone Creamery.   The owners are currently working to build tropic surf themed bar and grille, and estimate to be open in Winter 2008.  The restaurant will boast beautiful mountain views and a gorgeous patio.
